Next Tuesday, August 13 at 6:45 am will be a Votive (i.e., special) Mass in memory of Blessed Father Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus. The celebrant will be our Council Chaplain, Reverend Father Savoie.  Everyone is invited to attend.

 

Tee it Up For Veterans Charity Golf Tournament

Sir Knight Vernon Johns recently gave a talk to the Althelstan Business Group in Mobile on Sponsorship opportunities for our Tee It Up For Veterans Charity Golf Tournament.  He was accompanied by Sir Knight Richard Caudill, President of our Golf Steering Committee. Special thanks to Sir Knight George Huth for organizing the presentation. If you belong to a group or organization and want Vern to give a brief talk on our golf sponsorship programs that will help us help our needy veterans, call Vern at 607-346-4806.

KNIGHTS BREAKFAST

Heads Up! On Sunday, August 18 we will be serving breakfast in the gym following the 7:00 am and 8:30 am masses. Enjoy scrambled eggs, Conecuh sausage, sausage patty, bacon, grits, gravy, biscuit, coffee, orange juice, and tropical fruit while listening to memorable oldies  music. We look forward to serving you a delicious breakfast.
